Our Mount Vernon, Ohio Aftermarket Operations is the home office for our team of full time field engineers and service specialists. The team is experienced and fully trained in all UCG Systems and the associated machinery. A common service offered is installation and commissioning (I&C) of new and retrofit control systems.

Installation – Commissioning

The United Controls Group offers full service control systems design, manufacture, test , installation and service.

Turnkey

Expanding beyond traditional I&C, we also offer full Turnkey installation and project management of our control systems through our partner company, Titan Electrical Construction and Design. Established in 1999, Titan is a full service electrical contracting company. Fully licensed, bonded, and insured, Titan electric provides commercial and industrial electrical services. As partners with UCG, the Titan staff is specially trained to handle construction and installation of complex controls and instrumentation systems.

Field and Office Support

Service calls and technical support of existing control systems is available on-site, via telephone or e-mail. Repair and upgrade of legacy En-Tronics® FT-50 & CleanBurn III products can be scheduled through our Aftermarket Operations as well the procurement of component spare parts for current or legacy control systems.

Training

Rounding out our Aftermarket portfolio is product training for maintenance and operations personnel. The training is designed to specifically meet the project requirements and can be arranged at UCG’s classroom or the client’s facility.
